When I’ve learned that friends have been diagnosed with Covid, I’ve been sending them PM’s to tell them about a product that a friend used to help herself get better during her quarantine. Since I’ve been sending these more frequently nowadays, I decided to go ahead and make a post so I can share this information with more people at once. The product is called Camu Camu powder, and it has one of the highest concentrations of Vitamin C of any fruit. It can be mixed in hot or cold drinks, and the taste isn’t too bad. I’ve been using it periodically as a preventative measure. It can be purchased from Amazon as well as other companies online, and it’s reasonably priced. I’m posting a photo of the brand I’ve been using, but you’re welcome to use any brand you choose. If you do try it, I hope it makes you feel better and/or keeps you well. 😀

It is officially December 1st, which means we're in the final month of the Year of the Covid! In honor of the Season, I wanted to share a mask of my own design to wish everyone the Merriest! (Sorry, folks ... only my beautiful wife gets to take advantage of the mistletoe in the mask! Deal with it!!) Stay safe, stay well, and let's all hope we can regain some degree of normalcy as we go forward into 2021!! 😀

I have a question for everyone. I've been seeing videos and reading various sources on the health benefits of taking a tablespoon of olive oil in the morning on an empty stomach, or in the evening before going to bed. Has anyone on here tried this? And if so, do you feel like doing so was beneficial to you? It sounds promising, but I wanted to explore the topic a bit before trying it. Thank you in advance.

I just learned of another holiday. While many of these so-called holidays are just hype in my eyes, I think I can get behind this one (especially being a First Responder)! Happy National Coffee Day, everyone!! ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️
