Up from my last recorded weigh in on here, but down 2 lbs since Christmas...
I've gotten back into the habit of doing a quick HIIT workout every morning, before anyone else in this house wakes up... Last night I finally made it back to my gym (fight club - I train in Muay Thai) for my 1st time since the fall.
I used to go there 2-3 times a week prior to covid and I've been struggling with getting there regularly ever since then. However, my current goal is to get there once a week. I'd love to go more but with my kids activities it's going to be challenging, which is why I figure once a week for now will work.
I wish I'd never gained back all the weight I'd lost in 2020/2021. I'd almost gotten myself down to my goal weight, my muscles were toned and everything was great... I was so close to my goal... but then summer hit. I struggle the most over summer & Christmas. I need to do better during those times (not perfect, just better) so that my fitness level doesn't yo-yo so much.
