Hey guys....i've done well today, i have followed WW 100% the last few days and have been following my excersise 100% every night and i feel sooo good and i'm down 4 lbs.....yay me!!!!

OK....hey everyone..this is crazy,i am doing something wrong here!
I have gained like 3 lbs!!!! wow, yea i have slipped up a few times but got right back on track. I think my biggest problem is that me and my son are living with my mom and step-dad right now and their are foods in the house that are tempting. It's hard to resist sometimes...but i think i have been doing ok so far, i am still doing my excersize routine EVERY night and i've been adding a little to it.As soon as hubby makes his 2nd check we are gonna try to get our own place, the bad thing about it is that my brother and his 3 kids are wanting to move in with me when we do move...it has been like this for years, every time i get a place there he is, wanting to move in. I feel sorry for him sometimes then i always get stuck watching his kids, they are 10,8,and 7...plus i have a 21 month old. In the past i have done everything for those kids like i was pretty much their mom...but me and my brother are really close and i want to stay that way but also have my OWN place...it can be really stressful at times and when a girl like myself gets stressed...i eat!!!I hate that. So what do yall think i should do about the brother situation????? Help please!!!
Anyways...i kinda got off track there for a minute. I did ok on my diet today, the only mess up was, i had a slice of cheese, not the fat-free either. Good news though...i haven't had a Mt. dew in a few days...i found something to replace it. The new coke zero. It's really good, tastes like the real thing,but it has no calories,carbs or anything!
Anyways that's it for tonight, sorry i talked your ears off

Hey guys.... I have been doing really good today, I haven't slipped up at all, I just got home from work and i'm tryin to get my son to go to sleep but it doesn't seem like he wants to. I'm eating my dinner now, It's kinda late i know to be eating but im STARVING..
it's nothing bad, it's one of those WW entree's, they are SO good. Anyways that's about all. See yall tomorrow.

OMG!!! I have completely fell off the wagon...temptation completely got the best of me!!! I had a slice of pecan pie,,,that's not all! It had ice cream on it too!! And at lunch i went to burger king! What is wrong with me??I have to stop this because it's only hurting myself!!! I haven't lost all hope yet.. that's what i love about this web-site..everyone is sooo positive and nice.
It gives me motivation to just do my best and if i fall off the wagon then i just have to get right back on! Well im really missing my husband...for anyone who doesn't know, he's working out of state and won't be back until christmas. I really want to give him a christmas present that he won't forget......ME, the new sexy me..if i quit cheating and NO more pecan pie!!!
