I feel lighter, and my clothes finally feel just a little bit freer! My paint-on-pants ain't painted on anymore! woo hoo! One dress size by my birthday in April is in progress :)

The toughest thing about this journey right now is staying away from plantain chips and peanuts. They're my favorite snacks. This had better work! I'm still targeting 20lbs by my birthday in April, and it's not far away. For now, it'll be one day at a time :)

Going to give the green tea a miss this morning, and the yogurt cups a miss next week. Any ideas for a 200 calorie grab and go breakfast? I prefer something i can buy during the weekend and keep in my drawer during the week.
BTW, my body is in intense sugar craving mode. help!

I feel bigger, even though the scale tells me the same thing it says every time.
I'm tired of feeling like a balloon though. I'm ready and committed. I have to lose this weight and i know i can do it without some expensive weight loss program or awful tasting supplements.
Let's go!
