Well, I am down another two pounds(even though last week I ate a whole pizza for lunch!) I am hoping that this weeks weigh in will have me down 3 lbs.....for a total of 5 lbs...that would be awesome! (although I am wearing the patch to quit smoking too, soooooo hard! Hopefully won't be reaching for the snackies!)

Lost the 2 lbs in the first few days...nothing since...ate a pizza at work yesterday. Big no no!!!!!

Well, staying true to my goal here, lost 2 lbs. feeling great about that! But, I need to start excersising!!!!!

Yup, I spelled it wrong! Okay, I am 'COMMITTED'... lol
Well,I did well my first day and feel great! I had a Wasa multigrain toast w/ peanut butter for breakfast, a low fat yogurt mid morn,a tomato and mayo on whole grain toasted bread for lunch, a handful of raw almonds as an afternnon snack and then a turkey burger(no bread) and zucchini for dinner and then a Quaker Oats simply natural honey and nuts bar in front of the T.V. tonight... pretty good!

Okay, It's Feb 1st, time to get going here! I have found that if I eat every few hours or so, good healthy stuff, the pounds drop off.
Also, something as simple as just being consistent in doing my Yoga tape in the morning makes a big difference. I find that the vitamins I take each day make me feel great, so I'm gonna take my vitamins, eat small portions of chicken, veggies, yogurt etc. And I'm gonna keep my carbs low w/ only complex ones like Kashi 9 grain pilaf and Eziekiel whole grain bread. My biggest challenge is being consistent but this is it, I am 'COMITTED'(why is that such a frightening word to me? I'm not sure I even know how to spell it! lol
