I am 27 years old and have been overweight my whole life! Lately I have known I needed to get my but in gear and drop some lbs but the reality came when last week I went to the fair and couldn't fit on the ride, umm can we say akward! I did South Beach about 3 years ago and did great but didn't stick with it. I have the motivation now and am ready to go.
