Hi I'm Tifany. I'm from Pittsburgh and am a single mom of a beautiful toddler named Morgan. I'm currently 252.6 and am coming off the Atkins diet. It just isn't working for me. I'm doing my own diet now. Would love to hear from some people that can help and vice versa. Oh and by the way, since being on Fatsecret I've learned that calorie counting, mostly whole foods and exercising is the way to go.
