52 yrs old, my body is worn out from carrying this excess weight, I have to make a change. I work full time, my kids are grown, I need to learn to dedicate time for myself , my excuse used to be, I have to cook for the kids, too tired to cook separate meals for myself, I have no excuse now. I need support, encouragement.
