I am 55, an Occupational Health RN, and have 3 children. All grown and on their own. I live in a small town in Iowa and have two little grandsons. I have always went up and down with my weight, and finally at my heaviest of 230, (Im 5'1/2"). I had gastric bypass surgery. That was 3 yrs ago and Ive lost 105 lbs. The past 6 months I've gained about 15 lbs back and its making me panic. Im so glad I found this site, its a big help to get get myself back on track with diet and exercise.
