40 year old mother of two middle schoolers. Have been a regular gymmer for 13 years, but found out I have hereditary high cholesterol, so I'm on a mission to be as heart healthy as possible. Less concerned with weight at this point; I'm a little heavy, but more concerned about being around to meet my grandchildren.
