hi im from the north west washington state.im in my early 50's dont drink never have smoked.love to walk have a tread millfor winter ,i have total range to only cook for me. my best friend loves to cook mexican homemade foods, wonderful "her' carb foods i have to now curb.I love to travel.im a artist,winter i do bankquet work.so food is just too available.hope for strenghth this holiday.kids are grown.so no big meals to worry about,want to travel this next year. and want to be in shape .this mid life weight creeped up on me the last 5 years .confidence is down.BUT im statrting over today
