My lovely Hubby and I have been together for 5 years

My ultimate goal is to loose 175 lbs
Right now I am at 292 lbs
My Short terms goal is 5 lbs by the end of January
I was diagnosed with PCOS and now learning how to change my lifestyle to better my health
