so i am a stay at home fiancee at the moment, i am planning on going back to school after a 6 year break this fall.
i know a lot about nutrition but i simply havent committed to a new way of life until now.
what is great is my fiance is also on the same plan as me, eat less and move more. he has lost 14 pounds so far.

i am hoping to have some great before and after pics of me when i started trying on wedding gowns, which was coincidentally right about the same time i started this journey. and at the wedding when i find the perfect dress.
we hope to start trying for a baby right after the wedding, i know its healthier and easier to concieve the better my weight is.
