Hi Everyone,
After 27 years of marriage ended I pretty much lived in a cave except for work. So I picked up a lot of bad habits and put close to 50lbs on. That is 10lbs a year! I am now in a size 14 instead of a 10. I decided it is time for a change, no more grieving! I am going to lose this weight and stick to it.
I love hiking, weight lifting and walking...but I tore my Achilles tendon and I am in a cast for 6 weeks, so exercise is at a low.
