I am 34 and married with 3 children, a daughter and twin sons. One of my sons has cerebral palsy and is wheelchair bound for the most part. I want to get healthy for myself, but also for him. He will need to be taken care of all of his life and I want to be the one who takes care of him.

Since I have been married, I have become pretty inactive. We are quite content to stay home & watch tv. The kids had ball games early on, but lost interest after a few years. Now we don't really do anything but watch tv.
