Hello! I'm a 25 yr old mother to a wonderful little boy named Ryan. I am currently residing in Hampton Roads, VA. My goal is lose about 20-30lbs. Don't want to be skinny but be healthy. I have changed my eating habits and lifestyle to add in healthier things and be more active (exercise wise). I am so looking forward to the results of my labor!
