I am a 46 year old school teacher. I am under 5 foot and have always had to be careful not to gain weight because of my height. It seems however since I've hit 40 I do nothing but gain weight!

I used to be a very active person. I taught aerobics during my child bearing years and lost the baby weight quickly. Then I quit teaching aerobics and started running. Again it seemed to keep my weight at a reasonable number. However due to a shoulder injury I quit running for a couple of years and gained about 15 lbs.

I'm going to Cancun in August and I'd really like to get those 15 lbs. off so I can rock a bikini in Mexico!!
