Hi I am here to help myself lose weight and get support from other members. I am a 49 year old mother of 2 grown children and one grandson . My weight problems started after giving birth. I have tried many diets failed at most and or gained the weight I lost back. Never tried counting calories. I walk to work everyday, try to keep my self busy,I have 2 dogs I walk everyday. Weekly walks with my walking buddies. I have a fun life I am always laughing, and having fun.
