Hi everyone!

I'm seeking a fitness community where I can get encouraged to stay motivated to loose weight!

I'm getting married in March in the Caribbean and also hoping to go on a trip that is a cruise in August so I'm really trying to lose weight, be healthy and be fit!

Getting down to 160 sounds daunting!! That is a total of 34 pounds!

So I'm breaking it down into 4 goals with 4 rewards - none of which will add any calories!

185.5 pounds by Jan 31, 2011- pedi/eyebrows waxed - GOAL REACHED!
177 pounds - by Feb 28, 2011 - 1 new regular bra & 1 new exercise bra
168.5 pounds - by March 31, 2011 - 1 new complete outfit including shoes!
160 pounds - by April 30, 2011 - visit to a spa for a facial & a massage
