I have been overweight for most of my life. Growing up, eating healthy was not a common thing in my family; we love food [good and bad] and still do! I became more unhappy with my body as I got older, and I want to change that.

Over the years I have been struggling with my weight; gaining a lot and losing very little. It's time to take control of my body!
