I'm a 23 year old student that currently is studying to complete a Master's Degree within the teacher profession.
My big problem in life is my huge appetite. This, combined with the fact that I loathe working out, has resulted in me packing on pounds over the last six years. After years of "jojo-diets", I've decided it's time to be stricter with myself, take some control: I want to stop dreaming about that goal weight, and instead start living it.
I've joined fatsecret in order to give myself something that I have to commit to; instead of thinking to myself 'I'll do better', I'll actually have to commit to the weigh-ins and document the process along the way. Hopefully this will give me the extra motivation I need to make the needed change in my life!
1: I want to steadily work myself down to that goal weight.
2: I wont stop when I'm seeing change as I've done earlier.
3: This time will be /the/ time.
