Hi! Im Patricia M. Im 18 years old. Im on here 'cause am actually serious about loosing the weight now. I really need to drop weight. I mean i do get active. But I get tired pretty quick. and sometimes i just give up because im to self-conscious that people are judging me. I want to be healthy. and be attractive. I want to have confidence to do more things without worrying about what people think about me.
i am receiving support from my family. since me & my lil bro are overwight. i also want to loose weight 'cause diabetes runs in my family. and i dont want to be one of the family members that receives diabetes. my older brother has it. but fortunately the rest of us dont. so i dont want to risk the chance of getting it.

my goal weight is 160. im going to try to drop 120 lbs in one year. so im takin this one step at a time.
