Hello! My name is Nova. I have a wonderful boyfriend that is also my best friend. I have a 12 y/o daughter and he has a 17 y/o daughter and I love my life. My work started offering Nutrisystem last year and I started that on July 6th. I lost 27 pounds from July to September and kept it all off until the holidays. I gained 6 back and now I am trying to nip that cycle in the bud. I have lost 2 of the six and I am looking forward to losing lots more. I have always been a yo-yo dieter and I want to put an end to that for good. My goal is to lose it and never gain it back, get my diabetes and blood pressure under control and just feel better and be healthier. Good Luck to everyone on here!
