This is a picture of me before, I got married in 2006, at 160 lbs. My Hubby & I both gained weight since. He is trying his own diet. I have had many health problems over the last few years. So my Doctor told me to do Adkins. I have a 2yr. old beautiful daughter that I want to see lead a happy, healthly life. She loves her veggies so we are off to a great start.
