Hi!

I am 28, a mother of one daughter and I have a job in electronics. I also hold a diploma for spa therapy however I am not employed in my trained field right now. My spouse, my daughter and I live together in a small 2 bedroom apartment and so we are rather cramped for space. Hopefully we get a new home in the near future :)

So, why am I here? Well, my metabolism decided to do what it does at my age and drop away. I am slowly but surely gaining pounds and inches which is bothersome when I am not used to such a shape on me. I am 5'4" and currently 133 pounds which is a healthy weight really but not in the state it's in. I have me a flabby tummy and my thighs are starting to widen too. :(
SO IT'S TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! I am young for heaven sake and able to be fit so here I go!
