I'm 43 and 169lbs hoping to reach my goal to get down to 140lbs. This is such a great site to help me keep track of my diet. Knowing the calories I have taken in at the end of the day and knowing If I have gone over or still have some to accumulate. I have been dealing with my weight since I was 16. I have low self esteem and sometimes I don't value myself. I am hopeing to meet others on this site who are in the same situation. I am proud of myself I quit smoking two years ago, I slipped but got back on and said to myself "I didn't come this far and throw my success out the window for nothing" If I can quit smoking and can get serious and lose this excess weight I have put on. I have noticed the older I get the harder it is to not gain weight. One Day at a Time! I just have to get through the first three days of the start of this diet and I will hopefully fly with colors there afer.
