I was never skinny but looking back I realized that I was healthy and beautiful. After my 1st child I started putting on the weight and through the years it seems no matter what I do I just gain and gain. I have dieted, I have exercised, I have done it all. I have become very discouraged that I will never lose. I am now recently divorced, my oldest is about to leave the house and I will just have me and my youngest. It is time to start thinking about me and trying to find the happiness inside me.
This is the first time I am trying a social site like this, maybe, hopefully this will work for me. It is also encouraging to see others like myself.
