My name is Alison and I'm a 30-year-old, mom to one amazing daughter. I'm vegetarian x 23 years as is my daughter who will be turning 6 in June. I'm overweight and need to make healthy changes so I'm on my weight loss journey. I realize this is a life change and I'm already learning so much.
