Today was pretty good. Sadly, I didn't get as much studying done as I wanted. I have a big interview for a mentorship program tomorrow night and I'm getting nervous about it, which is distracting me from studying :(
Tomorrow's Goal: Eat well and don't stress so that I look and feel great for the interview!
Food: Breakfast: Egg scrambled with mushrooms, yellow pepper and onion on whole wheat toast with avocado, greek yogurt, coffee Lunch: (it was really late... 3:30?) Whole wheat wrap with capicola, provolone, spinach and pesto, cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes and a couple strawberries Dinner: Roommate's homemade spanakapita and tzatziki Water: 2.5L
Gonna buy a scale... on friday? .. after class :)
