Long day today. I'm going to sleep very soon. Here's a pic of the beautiful flowers someone (still don't know who) left on my porch last night. The rose on the bottom is from my plant. I don't know why someone left them but they are really pretty so I put them in water and put the vase outside. They did brighten up my day. My woe is going well and I'm still in ketosis. Hopefully my weigh in tomorrow will be a little less than I am now. Still not really about the weight but health but it does feel good to be losing some.
