Diario de Katsolo, 22 abr. 18

Worked my butt off yesterday, but I didn't drink any water until late (wasn't any around). Up 1/2 lb this morning, but body fat is finally down in the 30's. we'll take that as a win for the morning. Another day with lots to do. Beautiful outside. That always makes it easier. It may not be a true measure, but it's moving in the right direction. That's all I can ask.
