Ball game tonight - tofu beer / good Not - lol - nachos beer vegys jalpenos cheese dairy lol / fun Grateful Dead / free t shirts - lots of noise - people weighing in all over the place - calorie counting booths everywhere - cops chasing drunks - marathon lol - got around great / thanks jeff - reason we are doing this is to be normal living normal life enjoying life to the fullest - we are rocking it -imagine 3 months from now where you want to be - anything in that direction is a plus - dream it - make it happen - you can do it - go Green - have a blast this weekend

gz9gig asked me a good question , thanks - Go Green is my take on the weight loss - green means weight loss , red weight gain on fa - encouragement is all it is - most people are so negative about this and scared but what they don't realize is that taking just one step in the right direction is very very positive - Chesgreen thinks it is him - lol - inside joke - great guy - this is a lifestyle not a diet - a journey - I just try to encourage in this tearfown world
