I'm not feeling the greatest today, I think I may be fighting off a cold or something. So I stayed home and did homework and took a long nap. I did eat fairly well today, and have determined that I really need to buy a scale!
Today's Goal: Eat healthy and no alcohol - Done and Done!
Tomorrow's Goal: Do something active... like walk to the mall to catch the bus to school... and get lots of sleep so I feel better soon.
Food: Breakfast: Mushroom/spinach scrambled eggs, blueberries, coffee Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat french toast with cinnamon and unsweetened apple sauce Dinner: Quinoa Veggie bake Snack: Pear and Blueberries Water: 2L
