Earlier today, I recorded yesterday's entry because I was too tired to do it. Now, I'm actually recording todays. I had a great night, one of my oldest friends moved to town and I went to her place for dinner tonight. The food was great but, I definitely drank too much! But thats what housewarmings are for right? Either way, I'm super stoked and had a great night.
Today's Goal was to do some stretching and yoga/pilates... I did do some stretching, because my legs are super stiff, but I didn't really do any yoga/pilates. Oh well!
Tomorrows Goal: I wasn't home tonight, and so didn't plan tomorrows meals, so tomorrow's goal is simple: eat healthy!... and no alcohol!
Food: Breakfast: Egg scrambled with mushrooms and spinach, blueberries Lunch: Veggie/Bean soup Dinner: Rice, Chicken thighs in a yummy sauce with cranberries (I didn't make it), corn on the cob, 1 beer, lots of wine :D Snacks: Celery dipped in almond butter Water: Almost 2L (almost 2 bottles)
