Diario de livelifefully, 30 ene. 08

I realized this morning I really want to work toward getting under 150 quickly. I have normally been in the 140's, so 130's were my goal before and all of the sudden this fall/ winter it shot up. So this is my highest weight ever except for when I gained and then lost 50 lbs with each of my 3 kids. It's funny when you get to a point, after a little while it suddenly doesn't become as shocking as it once did. It becomes more of the norm and although I don't like it, it doesn't seem so bad.

I can see myself transforming and becoming stronger and leaner, especially due to the consistent weight training. For eating, overall I eat well but I sabotage myself at social gatherings eating way more than I would at home. I didn't think I ate b/c of stress, but when something got me upset, I realized I wanted to reach for a chocolate or something like that. So, I will keep pressing on like the rest of us on this site. My goal is to be as fit and healthy and strong as I can be, without completely depriving myself of the beauty of great food. Life is about much more than a number on a scale and I won't let that define who I am.
