Diario de thamy, 08 abr. 18

Having tons to do and not enough hours in the day to do. Lesson plan, grade papers, and house cleaning, just a typical Sunday. Yesterday was the 1st time in 2 years I had gone to the gym and did an agua fitness class, I am going to make it a regular thing at least or Saturday mornings its a start. I knew my knee was tight but I felt how stiff it really is yesterday when I started to try and stretch it out. On the bright side, my mother's health is getting better, she is getting stronger every day which lowers my stress levels. Even she lets me I'm looking better and it looks like I've lost some weight.
