Good Hopes!

The hardest part is over, usually it is hard to watch my food intake during the weekends, but i did great and now my hopes are up cuz i proved to myself that i CAN do it. very good mood today and i hope ur days are good as well:)

Yep. Our mindsets are fine too -- just waking up slowly this morning. Sundays are usually GOOD days for me because I am away from the house all day. Mondays have that "let's start all over again" feel to them! Let's put it into "G" & go!
