Doing well - hope everyone else is - Not much time today or yesterday to get on fs - Neighbor got laid off but a real smart cookie in the restaurant trade - I told him to follow his dreams - He is a craft beer guy, great family, and I said to see if he could do that - I said when something comes down the pipe like getting laid off, this is an opportunity to do what you really want to do - He is in same situation as everybody with timing, money, age of kids, house etc but I said that they would all support him - Keep him and his family in your thoughts - I know he'll do great -
This is America by the way, and dreams still come true!!!! -
Not a weight thing today , but just as important -
I guess the other point to say, is that with great or good mental health, good or great physical health, that in itself is a great asset to anybody - To be able to have both of those, not worry about them all of the time because you have them in control, can let you do things physically, mentally, and perhaps goal wize in every way that you couldn't imagine that you could do -
