Haven't been on for a while because I've been soo busy! I also have not stuck to the diet for the same reason so starting again - again. I have been watching the Biggest Loser USA and am now hooked, I tape it to watch during the evening. I sit here with weight converter because the people on there are weighed in pounds and not stones and pounds. It gets quite interesting as it gets nearer my weight and I can get some kind of an idea of what I might look like. You can also pick up some good tips on there from their trainers. Well back to the dieting
