i realized that even the small things i was cheating on, were restricting my weight loss. i will keep on following my diet 100% now and bit by bit i will lose them. remember buddies, YOU can do it as well!

Thanks for the encouraging words in your journal post. Yes. I remember the group Evanescence from students' lyrical applications in their classroom papers. The lyrics are soulful, sometimes dark, and deep -- right? I am a Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd fan from "back in the day" so I relate. I am trying some new things - healthwise - this week -- pretty excited!

Yes everything has calories and that is why I seem to do the best when I figure out how many calories I need to have to lose what I want and then try my very best to stay in that area. I find for me that is what works the best because really the bottom line is that it is calories in and calories out.
