Still no loss from my 172.3 low but I would rather have no loss than a gain. Last night was low key, we got mexican take out and watched Redtails - awesome movie by the way, I got teary a few times - and just hung out on the couch. We woke up a little on the late side this morning but after coming to the conclusion that there was nothing to do today since it's a little too cold for the lake, we decided to head to the gym... Ryan's version includes dragging on my part and kicking and screaming on his. I ran W3D2 of C210K. I am a day behind where I should be, but I guess that's what you get for skipping the gym all but two days this week. Maybe I will make it up tomorrow. Then I headed to the elyptical where Ryan was, for about 15 minutes. He got a total of 45 minutes. Then when we were done, I got in some weights, squats, sit ups, etc while he hit the hot tub. Then we ran errands, picking up Rylee, car wash, grocery store, the usual. Just finished lunch and going to clean and prep for bbqing ribs tonight! Yummmm. Should be another low key night. Fam time at home watching the Giants game and Sherlock Holmes 2.
