Diario de Shoushy, 22 jun. 12

It is important to plan ahead. I will not enter the kitchen as soon as i walk in the house, and wonder what to eat. I should decide, then go grab it and leave the kitchen before i get weak:)

Planning is so important. I think one of the most important things is to have the things you can eat in the house so all of your options are healthy ones. I find if I don't do that I will get too hungry and just eat anything. Plan Plan Plan. Have a great day!!

Chattycathy is correct. Plan to work & work your plan. We eat for all kinds of odd reasons. We are tired, stressed, bored, or "home." many of us live in families where we have been conditioned, "I'm home. Time to eat." That conditioning makes re-training our brains tough.
