how do you cope in a home with non healthy eaters while you are trying to eat healthy?

It's not easy. Generally I just eat separately, or will ask for a portion of meats before anything is added. Then grandma brings cake and I lose at life.

my mom does that.. she'll talk about me trying to loose weight but also bring a pie or cake over 😂

I eat before going. I bring wine, nuts, and salad dressing, then eat small portions of what's being served.

what someone else eat across the table does not "NOW" affect me. I have conquered that. pray U can 2! be encouraged. be blessed!
