Been really good this week - on day 5 of shred and food is all good. no weight loss but feeling a little better. Trying really hard to keep stress levels down - sun is shining here so trying to sit outside at lunch for a little bit and get some fresh air - goal today is shred and treadmill.

Yeah even if the scale doesn't reflect our efforts at least I feel the exercise is keeping me fit and toned. So keep up the good work. The sunshine always makes me feel better

I see that you are doing well up until the 2nd Megan, but I'm not sure what came after that. You sound good saying that you to have embarked on something new (shred?) so I'm waiting to see what happens on the chart.
