I was hoping for 202, but it looks like I've gotten off track of what my body wants me to do. I'm about to mail this start weight to my crew chief, SarahSu, for the challenge. I'm a yellow lamborghini. I'm hoping that from this learning how not to lose weight I can get a losing rate of 2 lbs per week going. At that rate, I could be
198 by Valentines
192 by the end of the challenge
190 when a friend visits
178 by my bday (4-29)
168 by Memorial Day, when I visit a friend and an ex (if that happens, I'll be even skinnier than when I dated him in 2005)
160 by the end of the fiscal year (July 1)
at my approximate goal weight of 140 by September 6

It's that time of the month so I'm not sure how that affects my current weight. Can anyone tell me more about this?

Things I'm reminding myself:
enjoy life and don't worry so much about weight
eat when I am hungry
don't eat when I am not hungry
eat healthy things I enjoy
eat them slowly and savor them

Watch your salt intake when you are on your TOM to help with bloating, I also like to take water pills when I get bloated. You can retain up to 5 pounds of water when on your period. Grapefruit, celery, and other high-water fruits and veggies help relive some of that too. hang in there, the scale lies around your TOM, it will go back down after it is over. i don't even weigh myself when I am on my period.

Thanks, Zhanice! I guess I was hoping the weigh ins were going to start being more consistent, but I suppose I'm okay with this trend as long as it keeps going downward.
