My goal for myself now is to record everything I eat. I was so suprised this morning thinking I was eating a decent breakfast apple and some peanut butter....452 calories :O

You must have had a lot of peanut butter. I would start measuring out portions. Two tablespoons of peanut butter is 190 calories. Plus an apple would be around 270 (all together). It might be better to have 1 tbsp peanut butter, an apple and a yogurt to fill you up more. I'm a volume eater so I look to get the most bang for my food intake.

Thanks! Looking at the jar I read it wrong :) that sounds like a better breakfast
