Diario de Shoushy, 15 jun. 12

I decided to buy a new phone, i want to do some change in my life:) I also changed my diet to calorie counting, I'm gonna count my food intake and try to skip dinners. I want my sister to come back from her trip and see i have made some steps to feel better.

I think you will do well with calorie counting since the focus is on tracking calories & that's more exact -- less nondescript. I don;t know about skipping meals though. I could not do that but whatever works for you. You are right about the "step." One step at a time. Day by day. Look at me! I sound like a speaker at an AA meeting!

ya i think i'll do fine, i'm better at beig strict than at just taking care of what i eat. If i say i want to eat only small portions at night, i know i won't follow, but if i say i won't eat i'll feel good that i sticked to it, of course u can drink smthg at night or a cup of soya milk after workout all is fine. But my binging usually is at night so i guess this will do the trick;) what's ur step today? You should decide to do one more thing differently for this coming week

My "step" for today is to jump rope to 1,000. I have not jumped rope in a week -- since i went 7 days in a row. My plan is to pace myself and to REST in between each series of 100 so that I do not get short of breath. I also plan to put "Icy Hot" on my shins & calves to avoid shin splints & tight calf muscles. So YOUR step for today is the decision to count calories? Also - I did not mean to offend by my observation about skipping meals. My husband always says, "If you can hit the ball standing on your head - then take that stance & sing away!" Night time. My danger zone is the time period from 8:00 pm to around 10:00 pm.

well, ok my real step is to not binge for two weeks, and exercise at least three times per week, which i already do. My only problem is eating at night, otherwise i would lose weight easily cuz i hav self control during the day, and i don't get angry at myself if i eat smthg sweet or chocolate during the day, since i'll convince myself to exercise more at night. But eating Aghhh 7pm till midnight is a nightmare!

i am shy to say this but i didn't understand ur expression:/ what do u mean by sing away?

He-he-he-he-he! My bad the words "sing away" should read "swing away." As in swing a bat at a fastball pitch. Sorry! He-he-he-he-he! I guess if you were at the plate and you were singing nstead of swinging - you might strike out.
