Had some friends over and I had some chips and a piece of nan bread along with some wine. Still under my RDI for calories but blew away the carb count. Once you have been on a KETO or low carb diet for a year or so the starchy carbs don't feel so good as they move through the body. Scale will bounce up a pound or two but I don't really see myself having any more cheat episodes for quite some time.
