My POWER 90 Tony Horton's 90 day boot camp came in. Now I just have to do it. Looking for inspiration to start it today yet. I feel bloated and not so hot today. It's my TOM and I'm just ugh today. A few hours later I decided to start on Sunday because it is a 6 days a week program and I do not want to exercise on Saturdays. I work all day at the flea market on the weekends and Saturday is worse than Sunday for wake up times. I need to be there much earlier on Saturday and come home grumpier on Sat. than Sun.
