0.5 kg weight gain in comparison with yesterday. No idea why. Maybe some muscle mass? Probably shouold experience a drop soon enough as I have been operating with massive calorie deficits.
Anyhow, I feel slimmer. Just wishing that it would appear on the scale as well.
